Dragonborne... "DX"?

If you are unfamiliar; Dragonborne DX (or DBDX) is actually a remake or reimagining of "Dragonborne" for the original Game Boy. It's much more than a color update -- DBDX is an opportunity for us to go all out in establishing a new precedent and feel for the world of Dragonborne.

DBDX features drastic revisions to gameplay, visuals and sound. Deepening and expanding the lore is also a focus of this effort. We at Spacebot Interactive strongly believe that DBDX will be a compelling experience for both new and returning fans alike.

Hardware

DBDX is being developed with compatibility with various Game Boy consoles in mind. It is set to run in Game Boy, Super Game Boy and Game Boy Color modes. It will also be provided as a file for Analogue Pocket. What this also means is that anything that runs games of these formats will probably also run DBDX (such as a Game Boy Advance, or various emulators for PCs and smartphones) in the highest mode possible for the system by default. Configure your emulator settings to play in the desired mode. The "optimal" experience would be Game Boy Color mode, but we encourage players to try other legacy modes as well!

Note that non-original systems or emulators may run the game with varying degrees of success or accuracy.
